Quotes and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a purchase or payment obligation. Scope, fees, payment schedule, timeline, revisions and any ongoing support are agreed in a written proposal before work begins.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate requirements, timely feedback and materials that you are authorised to use. Any access needed to deliver the project should be shared securely.
Third-party costs
Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software licences and other third-party charges are set out in your proposal. They are not included unless explicitly agreed.
Delivery and outcomes
Timelines depend on the agreed scope and receipt of necessary materials. Search rankings, advertising results, traffic and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
Ownership and support
Ownership, licence terms, handover and support arrangements are defined in the accepted project agreement.
